Bio

Will Paladino is a versatile trumpet player and dedicated music educator whose work bridges the worlds of performance and pedagogy with energy, clarity, and a dash of flair. He holds a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance from the University of Texas at Austin’s Butler School of Music and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Memphis.

As a performer, Will plays professionally in Austin, Texas, appearing in musical theater productions, jazz ensembles, chamber groups, and orchestras. His experience ranges from vibrant jazz clubs to refined concert halls, bringing versatility and style to every stage.

Will is also a passionate educator. He has taught middle school band, led private trumpet studios, and served as a teaching assistant at UT Austin, where he worked with the Longhorn Band and co-directed the UT Longhorn Jazz Band. His teaching blends strong fundamentals with real-world performance insight, all delivered with warmth, encouragement, and high standards.

Equally at home in front of a band, in a lesson studio, or on stage, Will brings an infectious enthusiasm and deep musicality to every setting he steps into.
